Refund & Return Policy

At Tech Nest, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with high-quality products across all categories. Please read our refund, return, and warranty policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Change of Mind / Not Needed

  • We do not accept returns or refunds if you no longer need the product or have changed your mind after purchase.
  • Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

2. Size & Measurement

  • All item measurements are clearly mentioned in the product description.
  • Orders placed without considering the measurements are not eligible for return.
  • However, we can arrange an exchange for a different size or model of equal value (subject to stock availability).
  • Exchange delivery charges (both ways) must be paid by the customer.

3. Quality Defects

  • If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage, we offer an exchange or full refund within 3–7 business days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging.
  • We will cover the return shipping cost for defective items.

4. Warranty Claims

  • If the item has a warranty, we will exchange it with a new one within 7–10 working days.
  • To claim warranty, customers must provide proof of purchase such as delivery slip, courier SMS, or order confirmation SMS.
  • Warranty claims require proper video/images of the defective item. The product must have its original packaging and be in unworn, undamaged condition.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift items and pre-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customized products are also non-returnable.

6. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service via our Facebook page within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, photos/videos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our team will verify your claim and guide you through the return, exchange, or warranty process.

7. Important Notes

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is found to be used, damaged by the customer, or without original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
